Responsibilities

Complete routine cleaning in residential homes, using techniques and products provided by Z Green Cleaning

Conduct yourself professionally with clients and team members

Attend team meetings and reviews as scheduled

Report and respond promptly about schedule changes, time off requests, etc. with a manager
-
Communicate clearly and promptly with teammate and manager during shifts
-
Maintain company-provided cleaning supplies, including visiting refill station as needed
-
Routinely give positive and constructive feedback to teammates in a respectful way
Requirements

Valid driver’s license & reliable car

Smartphone
-
Laundry access (for washing cleaning cloths)
-
Non-smoking, including vaping
-
High-school diploma or GED
-
Fluent in English

Pass a background check​
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Walking: approximately 75% of the time

Bending and kneeling: approximately 25% of the time
-
Reaching over head: approximately 10% of the time
-
Scrubbing and wiping: approximately 50% of the time

This role involves repetitive movement and physical activity and may not be suitable for individuals with chronic pain conditions such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel, or low back pain.
